Holiday Support Notice: 12 December 2025 – 9 January 2026
As we approach the Year-End festive periods, we would like to share important information regarding technical support and service availability. During this time the Helpdesk will operate with limited staff and support will be available from both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Year-End Freeze: 12th December 2025 to 09th January 2026
Operating Hours
- Helpdesk: 09:00 – 16:00
- After-Hours Support: ECC and Africa Hub services remain available as usual
Services Unavailable During This Period
- Procurement
- New Applications (e.g., 3G, User Requests)
- Change Control
- Network, Infrastructure, and Server Changes
